Question 2.1:  Background: My home town is Pretoria and there are a few people that struggles to find a job and who have been jobless for a few years, because they are not educated or trained, the increasing number of job seekers, global recession, lack of entrepreneurship and the slow economic growth. All of these factors are influencing the people of South Africa which is a big problem. Define: We first need to define the problem.
